Services
PHYSIOTHERAPY
Our team of physiotherapists have in-depth knowledge of how the body works and specialized hands-on clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and treat your condition. They will use a combination of hands-on manual therapy and exercise programming that is catered for your specific needs. Their treatment plan may utilize techniques such as soft-tissue massage, cupping, graston (IASTM), joint mobilizations, nerve flossing and more!
SPORTS MASSAGE / MANUAL THERAPY (RMT)
This treatment focuses on specific areas that tend to be problematic, or certain muscle groups that are tight or stressed from repetitive movements. It will include deep-tissue muscle release, cupping therapy and graston (scraping). It works by releasing muscle tension in tight muscles and stimulating inactive muscles with an overall goal of improving the condition of the soft tissue.
